Six Sigma is a methodology aiming to improve
performance based on statistical tools &
factual approaches. It¡¯s expected to reach significant
improvement, eliminate variance through the
logical process of define, measure, analysis,
improvement.
Six Sigma is also a target of 3.4 Defects Per
Million Opportunities (DPMO) and is recognized
as a definition of world-class performance.
