	Chairman and President:Mr. Tam Man Chi Born in February 1948 and native to the UK, is one of the founder of the Corporation. Mr. Tan currently holds the posts of Executive Director of Great Wall Technology Co., Ltd., director of China Great Wall Computer Group Shenzhen Co., Ltd., director of Shenzhen Kaifa Magnetic Recording Co., Ltd., director of Kaifa Technology (H.K.) Ltd., director of Shenzhen ExcelStor Technology Ltd., Chairman of Board of O-Net Communications (Shenzhen) Co., ltd., Chairman of Board of Shenzhen Donghong Kaifa Magnetic Disk Co., Ltd. Mr. Tan awarded Shenzhen Honor Citizen in 1994，won the national Friendship Award in 1995 and the Excellent Worker title of Guangdong Province in 2006.
	Director and Senior Vice-President: Mr. Cheng Kwok Wing Born in November, 1958. Nationality: Hong Kong China. Mr. Cheng is the director of Kaifa Technology (H.K.) Ltd.. Mr. Cheng is well educated with two postgraduate degrees of Master of Business Administration and Master of Business Economics.
	Vice-President: Lee Ming Phua Born in September, 1961. Nationality: Singapore. Mr. Phua was graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS). He is the director of Shenzhen Kaifa Micro-Electronics Co., Ltd.. He was the production manager of Kaifa Technology (Singapore) Ltd., production manager of Applied Team and manager of Conner Peripherals, Inc.
	Vice-President: Mr. Chen Zhujiang Born in September 1967. Nationality: P.R.C. Mr. Chen was graduated from the Business School at Jilin University with a master degree, and is the senior professional manager. He was the director and general manager of Shenzhen Huaming Computer Co., Ltd., secretary to chairman, vice-chief of office of China Great Wall Computer Shenzhen Company. Mr. Chen has been the chairman of Kaifa-O&M Components Ltd., Co. and the chairman of Shenzhen Kaifa Micro-Electronics Co., Ltd. from April 2005. He also has been the chairman of Suzhou Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. form July 2005. Mr. Chen is the member of Youth League of Shenzhen, vice-president of Shenzhen Entrepreneur Association and Shenzhen Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment. And he is the standing director of Shenzhen Electronic Chamber of Commerce and Shenzhen General Chamber of Commerce.
